    Abstract：

    在现代交通环境下，公路作为重要运输载体，在工程建设期间针对施工技术和养护方面提出全新要求，要全面落实管护工作，保证其所具有的性能更加稳定，也能够进一步规范公路施工环境和载体，突出工程综合质量。本文主要从施工方案、养护需求以及具体的养护方案等方面进行分层次分析，从而保证所构建的公路管护体系更加规范，突出公路工程综合质量。
