    PPP模式简单来说就是政府和社会资本合作模式，通过将该模式应用到建筑行业之中，可在一定程度上降低政府部门在公共交通建设、城市基础设施建设等方面面临的资金压力，同时还能充分发挥出社会资本在基础设施建设方面的作用。本文笔者就建筑行业PPP模式几个常见问题及完善措施进行了分析和研究。
