    Abstract：

    随着我国科学技术的不断创新，建筑行业也得到了长足的发展。近年来我国以生态环境保护为核心，使得绿色发展理念愈发深入人心。建筑工程行业应该有效应用新能源技术，以此提高建筑工程效益，促进我国建筑工程的可持续发展。基于此，本文分析新能源的含义与内容，探讨建筑节能的途径以及新能源的应用策略，仅供参考。
