Abstract：

随着社会经济的发展，水利信息化在防洪抗旱工程中的应用越来越广泛，合理且科学的水利信息化设计可以使得防洪抗旱工程进度提速，减少了洪涝、旱灾等对人类生命财产安全的危害力，促进整体优化效用值，促进经济发展。本文针对水利信息化在防洪抗旱工程中的应用价值，对水利信息化系统的管理设计进行分析。
