    长久以来，渗漏问题是影响房屋建筑质量的顽症。引起房屋建筑渗漏的原因众多，我们仍需因地制宜进行建筑设计、不断规范施工操作和现场管控、改进防水材料，同时，要高度重视防水渗漏问题，才能促进房屋建筑防渗漏水平的整体提升。
