    Abstract：

    国土空间综合整治需要明确其基本内涵，做好科学发展定位，对乡村振兴中，存在的乡村人口流失、城市对乡村资源争夺现状全面分析，认清国土空间综合整治对乡村振兴发展的重要意义。探索科学发展路径，建立综合整治平台，编制乡村综合整治规划，加强城市与乡村交流，保障乡村建设投入稳定，使得乡村空间规划、治理更加科学。
