    城市设计越发受到广泛重视，但城市设计的落地实施受各种因素制约，如何保证其完整高效的落地成为城市设计研究的重点。本文创新性的提出规划设计总控模式，从建设实施、规划管控角度，通过全过程、伴随式的规划、设计、管理，探索城市设计的落地途径。
