    Abstract：

    我国城镇化正在步入以质量为主的新型发展阶段过程中，为缓解城市内涝，解决水资源短缺等问题，国家正在推行海绵城市建设。文章针对我国在推行海绵城市建设的过程中出现的“不利于防洪”“盲目扩大下凹式绿地的建设”等问题进行探讨，并提出相应的解决措施。
