    在建筑业快速发展的背景下，建筑工程的规模和结构复杂度都比以往有了很大的提高，同时对工程质量的要求也越来越高，一旦某工程施工环节出现质量问题，很容易引发质量问题，延误工期或发生安全事故。为有效解决上述工程建设问题，工程监理应运而生，并迅速发展起来。如何提高建筑工程监理工作的水平，值得深入探讨。
