    近年来，随着经济社会的快速发展和城市化进程的不断加快，社会用水需求不断增加，连年开采地下水导致地下水位持续下降，形成了大面积漏斗区，造成区域地下水生态环境恶化及地面沉降地质灾害隐患，亟须进行治理。
