    本文主要简单介绍了加强水利水电工程管理及施工质量控制的必要性，通过对现阶段水利水电工程管理及施工质量控制中存在的问题进行分析，来探讨提高水利水电工程管理及施工质量控制的有效措施，以明确水利水电工程管理及施工质量控制工作的重要性，转变传统的水利水电工程管理模式，创新水利水电工程施工质量控制手段，提高水利水电工程施工效率，保障施工质量，从而推动水利水电工程的可持续发展，实现经济效益最大化。
