    Abstract：

    随着城市化的发展及建筑行业的进步，现阶段的现代建筑中越来越重视“灰空间”的运用，通过外部的过渡空间及绿色的生态功能更好的促进现代建筑的可持续发展，建设出一个有机统一的完整建筑空间，实现现代建筑中生活区域及建筑空间的延伸和拓展。为了分析现代建筑中“灰空间”的运用措施，笔者针对灰空间在现代建筑中的特点展开了探究。
