在主流法学中,环境法学作为其中的一项,会体现出梳理于客观事实,使环境法学出现消减和增进的情况.消减和增进与利益澄清、逻辑起点回归以及路径选择等存在密切的关系.通过协调利益以及选择正确的起点,会有效协调法学的消减与增进关系,推动环境法学的可持续发展.
