Abstract：
随着经济文化事业发展,我国更加注重基础教育均衡发展.因此加强乡村教育质量发展提高,已经成为当前基础教育发展目标方向.当前,我国乡村小学教师的专业能力和综合素养、社会地位以及培训学习情况还与城市小学有很大差距.为此本文展开调查研究,提出了促进乡村教师能力素质提升的有效策略.
