Abstract：
在幼儿教育中,培养幼儿的劳动习惯,以及在日常生活中的动手能力,不仅能锻炼幼儿的实践能力,还能培养幼儿的动手意识,对幼儿今后的成长和发展都具有重要的意义.因此,幼儿教师要加强与家长的合作,以共同培养幼儿良好的劳动习惯,即家长在家庭生活中要鼓励幼儿参加家务劳动,使幼儿在劳动中受到教育.教师在幼儿园要组织多种劳动主题活动,激发幼儿的劳动意识,提高其劳动能力.
