    Abstract：

    在初中作文教学中很多学生在塑造人物的时候显得平面化、脸谱化,缺少个性,在描述情节的过程中显得平铺直叙,缺少一波三折的情节.要解决这些问题,就要积极展开序列化指导,引导学生将阅读、写作和评论结合在一起,构筑合理的写作模式,通过阅读了解正确的写作方法,通过写作展开具体尝试,通过自评、互评等活动得到提升和发展,这样的教学更具有条理性,能促使学生的能力得到循序渐进的提高.
