将素质拓展融入体育教学活动的开展过程中,能够使学生们获得更丰富的心理体验.特别是对小学生来说,小学阶段是他们身心发展的重要时期,将素质拓展融入小学体育教学活动的开展过程中,不仅能够提高他们的身体素质,还能够促进他们的全面发展.基于此,这篇文章首先对素质拓展进行了相关的介绍,随后分析了当前在小学体育教学过程中融入体育融入素质拓展的重要意义,并给出了将体育素质拓展融入小学体育教学活动开展过程中的具体举措[1].
