Abstract：
许多中小型企业本身存在着各种不同,如果采用标准的同以的体系进行管理企业,这样反而会造成对资源的浪费,没有把资源利用好.因此对于中小型企业来说,对财务管理方面需要结合中小型企业的特点,有针对性的进行设计管理方案,通过设计特殊的管理方案实现对企业财务的管理,促进中小型企业的发展.本文就是就这个问题进行研究,对于管理需要怎么实现和如何去设计都有讨论.
