Abstract：
近年来,社会经济的快速发展促进了建筑行业的繁荣,建筑项目在开展过程中总是会遇到各种问题,从而造成工程造价超预算.造价问题也是建设项目中的重点问题,在现阶段要想增强工程造价的实效性,需要造价人员结合工程项目需求编制好工程预算,避免出现超预算现象,增加建筑企业的经营效益.
