Abstract：
教学是一种良心的工作,也是一个永远没有最好方法的工作,因为时代不同学生的特点就不同,学生的特点不同就要采用不同的教学方法,这样才有可能达到最好的教学效果,实现学生在德育,智育,体育,等全方位的发展,在应对各种问题时都不是按以前一样的方法——照本宣科,而是能有自己独立的想法,独立的观点.对于现在的学生,我曾试用"先学后教当堂训练"的教学模式,所以也谈一下对于教学效果的看法.
