Abstract：
改革后,人们对建筑的要求越来越高,我国房屋建筑工程数量增长明显.在房屋建筑施工过程中,工程管理是一个重要环节,工程管理的效果会直接影响房屋建筑工程施工质量以及施工安全性,必须引起施工单位的重视.当前,国内房屋建筑工程管理与施工质量仍存在一些问题.基于此,文章首先对房屋建筑工程管理与施工质量存在的不足进行了回顾,并探讨了加强房屋建筑工程管理与提升施工质量的措施.
