Abstract：
初中是学生身体发育的关键时期，随着课改的不断深入，越来越多的教学方法以及教学的元素融入初中体育教学当中，致力于培养学生的核心素质以及核心素养。但是在现阶段的初中体育教学过程当中，依旧还是存在着非常多的问题，这和学生的个性差异化以及教学和学生之间的联系有着密切的关系。教师应该的教学过程当中根据出现的问题，以及学生现阶段的需求，制定相应的教学策略，培养学生良好的心理素养，促进学生的身体发育以及全面成长。
