教师是教育系统构成的主要部分,教师工作态度直接影响着教学质量和学校口碑.学校对于教师满意度的探索和分析,主要是为了了解教师的职业态度,预防教师职业倦怠,同时能够为学校人才管理提供一定方向,只有对工作具有持久的热爱和积极的学习态度,才能在教学中发挥自己的教学水平,教学质量才会趋于稳定.
