    Abstract：

    在小学数学教学中,教师不仅需要传授数学知识,还需大力培养学生的创新意识与动手操作能力,这对学生后续学习与发展有着深远影响.对此,在实际教学中,教师需以激发学生兴趣为主导,通过设置多样化、趣味性的教学方案,鼓励学生积极参与教学活动,并持续锻炼学生创新意识与动手操作能力.通过此种方式,使学生学以致用,可以将数学知识应用到实际生活中,因此助力学生实现全面发展.下文围绕数学教学内容,提出了加强学生动手操作能力的几点策略.
