Abstract：
在新课改持续深入的背景下，高中班主任管理工作面临着更为严格的要求。传统的班主任管理工作模式已偏离轨道发展，现需结合新的时代发展特征，讨论当前形势下高中班主任工作开展的新型模式。本文从提高沟通效能入手，提出高中班主任管理策略的提升路径，以期给有需教学人士提供一定参考。
