Abstract：
随着新课改在教育中不断的推行和素质教育的要求不断提高,在小学的数学教学活动中开展练习的讲解和习题的训练已经不满足当下的培养要求了,当下的培养要求更多的是让学生得到全面的发展,同时掌握各方面的知识技能,使得他们能在课堂上充分的发挥自己的主观能动性,而在发挥学生主观能动性时,就可以通过培养学生的合作精神来实现.
