Abstract：
随着社会的进步和各行各业的蓬勃发展,国家对于高素质人才的需求量越来越大,如今社会需要的行业优秀人才已不再是只会苦读书本的人,而是具备优秀的自我学习能力的人才.因此本文立足于当下初中历史教学课堂的教学现状,分析了当前初中历史教学课堂中所展露的一些问题并探索了一系列帮助初中历史教师更好地培养具备良好自主学习能力的学生的策略,希望能对初中历史教学领域做出一些贡献并进一步帮助整个教师行业更好地提升教学能力.
