心理资本是人在成长的过程中所体现出来的一种积极向上的心理状态,也是一种心理因素,对于促进人的发展具有积极的作用.因此,将心理资本运用到小学语文教学中,能够培养学生对语文学习的良好心态,保持积极向上的学习态度,也有利于发掘学生内在心理品质,对此,文章将具体探讨心理资本在小学语文教学的运用方法.
