    Abstract：

    立德树人是教育的根本任务,课程思政是我们实现这一任务的重要途径.随着思政课程建设的深入和发展,作为基础文化课程的英语课也应担负起思政育人的重要使命.作为英语教师的我们应该与时俱进,不断探索实现英语课程思政的教学理念和方法.本文以"Festivals around the world"一课为例,探讨了思政元素和英语教学的融合问题.
