    电力规划设计的基本工作任务与目标在于科学规划电网总体布局，通过制定电力网络的科学布局规划方式来保证供电过程安全，杜绝供电运行中的基础电力设备故障。在目前的情况下，电力规划设计部门已经能够运用全过程信息化的规划设计工作模式来取代人工规划设计模式，充分展现了电力规划设计实践领域中的全过程信息化重要实践作用。
