    素质教育下,对体育教育教学的重视逐渐提升.如何利用体育学科,培养学生终身体育运用意识,是教育工作者面对的问题.文章以高中体育教学中培养学生终身体育意识方法为研究对象,对此提出几点建议,希望对体育教育改革发展提供帮助.
