    Abstract：

    在小学阶段的教学中,体育与健康学科占据着至关重要的地位,非常有利于学生身心的健康发展.在新的教育形式下,教师不仅需要重视基础知识的教学,还应当逐步渗透核心素养,帮助学生更好地发展和成长.基于此,本文先介绍了渗透核心素养的意义,并提出几点渗透的方法.
