    小学阶段是学生成长发育的关键时期,这个时期的学生处于身心发展养成的阶段,学校和家长要注重对学生身体素质的培养,提升各项身体机能能够为以后的生活和学习打下坚实的基础.教师可以通过情境教学法,激发学生的兴趣,情境教学法还可以提高学生体育锻炼的积极性,有效的提升学生的身体素质.
