    Abstract：

    在进行教学时,传统评价是根据学生的学习能力以及最后的考试结果来完成的,而形成性评价则是对学生的学习过程进行评价,教师根据学生的学习状态和学习进度来对教学内容进行调整.本文对传统教学评价存在的问题进行了分析,并阐述了如何在中职英语教学中进行形成性评价的有关策略.
