    国内生态水利工程施工期间，需要付出较多努力，工程项目设计与建设期间，需要合理应用水土保持理念，便于将水土流失问题产生的影响当做基础，确保水利工程设计方案科学合理。这一过程中，设计人员应合理采取措施调整工程施工设计方案，确保水利工程项目施工期间，合理控制水土流失问题，进而为生态景观建设奠定基础。
