Abstract：

建筑企业需要在国家大力推进生态文明建设的背景下，改变传统粗放型管理方式，以绿色施工理念作为向导，明确工程管理目标，并在绿色施工管理原则下创新管理方式，通过绿色化发展保障企业在当前竞争激烈的市场环境中拥有突出的竞争优势，将绿色施工管理应用于施工现场中是企业可持续发展必须推进的工作。
