    随着城市土地资源日益紧缺，城市中的住宅项目正日趋高层化，而高层住宅项目对质量要求更高，任何细节工作没做到位都有可能会引起一系列质量问题。本文首先对高层住宅项目质量常见问题进行了分析，然后结合实际提出了高层住宅项目质量常见问题的防治措施，希望对相关工作有所助益。
