Abstract：

当前铁路建设项目正处于高速发展阶段，建设工程安全属于高危行业，安全事故频发，给人民生命财产安全带来严重威胁。新时代安全工作已上升至国家战略，安全工作关系到国家的稳定。针对当前铁路建设项目安全管理突出问题，进行了深入调查、分析和思考，提出了新时代强化铁路建设项目安全管理的对策。
