    Abstract：

    随着我国当前社会的不断发展，我国水利水电工程的数量和规模在不断的扩大，为了保证水利水电工程能够更加平稳的运行，需要相关工作人员加强对水闸施工技术的了解以及认识，充分发挥水利水电在农田水利和防洪防涝方面的重要影响作用。相关施工人员需要结合施工要求和施工标准建立与之匹配的施工方案和施工模式，从而使得实际施工效果能够有效提升，对实际工作起到一个重要的支撑和引导作用。
