Abstract：

在时代与社会经济高速发展的背景下，国土规模工作迎来新的挑战。分析了国土空间规划和原有空间规划的区别与联系，提出了国土空间规划必须以经济发展为中心，重视生产力布局优化，重视经济区划研究，并对于国土空间开发适宜性评价和资源环境承载力评价及国土开发空间管制，生态环境建设等问题提出了自己的见解。
