    Abstract：

    处于地下的建筑工程，其防水原理主要是采用柔软、致密不透水的薄膜防水层对结构体进行“不透水包裹”，包裹的部位包括地下室底板、侧墙及顶板。但这样的地下防水系统是一次性设置，后期难以挖开来进行修复，一旦发现问题，可采取的治理措施只能是针对混凝土的缺陷进行补救。所以，在地下防水系统中，科学合理的构造设计、选用合适的防水材料非常重要。
