    大连百年老街区东关街保护和利用迫在眉睫。在总结分析国内五十条历史街区成功要素后，大连东关街如何借鉴前车之鉴，成为后起之秀。本文结合现实情况，抛砖引玉，畅想与展望，对大连东关街历史文化街区的保护、发展和运营等方面提出多角度的建议。
