    在我国由民航大国迈向民航强国的发展征程中,民航机队规模迅速增大,对航线运输飞行人才的需求呈井喷之势.随着民航安全形势的日益严峻,对飞行人才的飞行业务技能、遵章守纪的素养和特情处置能力提出了越来越高的要求.因此,需要在研究未来飞行人才素质和特质的基础上,构建面向国际化的飞行人才培养理念和培养模式.
