Abstract：

新时期的教育改革更加重视学生的道德教育,因为要想提升学生的综合素质,培养国家未来的建设者,离不开良好的德育工作.作为学生的主要引导者和管理者,小学班主任应积极开展德育工作,提升学生道德品质.本文结合具体的教学案例,论述了新时期小学班主任开展德育工作的有效途径,希望对广大小学教育工作者有所助益.
