    Abstract：

    现行的《幼儿园教育指导纲要(试行)》明确指出:"幼儿园必须把保护幼儿的生命,促进幼儿的身体健康的同时,要高度重视幼儿的心理健康."然而,在日常生活中,幼儿的心理健康往往被我们成年人所忽视.有时无意识的言行对幼儿心理造成的伤害其负面影响是我们无法估量的.作为教师,我们要全面关心幼儿的成长,满足幼儿生理和心理的需要,重视幼儿园的心理伤害问题,尽量减少对幼儿的心理伤害.
