    跳绳我国民间的一项体育项目,深受少年、儿童的喜爱.学习跳绳可以促进学生的生长发育,可以使学生的身体素质得到全面发展.同时,通过跳绳练习能培养学生的合作和创新意识,发展学生的灵敏性和协调性等身体素质,是一项简单方便、适用性比较强的运动.
