Abstract：
高中是学生学习生涯中最为艰难的一个阶段,学生不仅有着繁重的学习任务,还面临着巨大的升学压力.这些不仅会导致学生丧失学习的兴趣,还会影响学生健康成长,因此在高中阶段开设心理健康课程是非常重要的,每一位教师都应该重视此门课程的教学工作,并尽可能地引导学生注重心理健康.
