积极心理学是对传统心理学的优化和创新,它倡导人类从积极的角度看待问题,利用积极的心态促进人类积极心理品质的形成.研究初中心理健康教育中积极心理学的应用策略,可以有效促进学校心理健康教育的改革,也有利于初中学生身心健康成长以及正面、和谐生活态度的形成.
