Abstract：
中职旅游服务与管理专业在教学过程中存在的主要问题就是缺乏实践性的教学,这不利于人才的培养,校方和教师应认识到这一点,不能偏离中职院校的教学方向,从各方面入手,从课程设置、教师配置等方面进行改善,增加实践性教学.本文以此为探究点,为中职旅游服务与管理专业人才的培养寻求更加高效的教学模式,望能为今后的教学有所帮助.
