    办学是一项艺术性、创造性的工作,德育教师不仅要有深厚的理论功底,还要善于将自己的知识有效地传达给学生,不仅要懂得教育学和心理学,而且要善于将自己的知识传授给学生,还要善于把教育理论应用于实践.然而,传统办学模式的负面影响以及办学模式的僵化和单一性使得办学难以达到理想的效果.本文便依据学校的办学经验提出了以下的办学策略,希望可以为大家提供参考.
